Creating the perfect pair of jeans has been a challenge for most companies. Not only does the product have to be dependable and affordable, but the advertisement for it has to be creative.
Here are some advertisements that show a greater sense of creativity, but also kept the originality of jeans.
For this Monte Carlo Jeans advertisement, two pages are stuck together in a magazine. When the reader opens the page, the jeans on the other page gets “ripped” in different places and shows their new Rip-Off collection.

Instead of aiming for a hip, young market, Wrangler decided to go the old-fashioned route. The patch in the left corner says, “Cut by cowboys, for cowboys”.

Simple yet amusing, Colin’s shows one way of getting noticed in a pair of their designer jeans.

Provocative? Check. Ad about environmental awareness? Check. With their “Global Warming Ready” ad campaign, Diesel shows how their Italian-made jeans fit in a climate changed-world. If you look closer, you might notice they are not on any ordinary island.

With the use of a large white arrow pointing downwards, Je*s Jeans Stores was able create an image that probably caught everyone’s attention. At the bottom of the arrow it reads, “At this moment, your bum is completely exposed. If it were in a pair of sexy jeans, it would attract attention all the time!”
