The trompe l'oeil (trick of the eye) effect creates many fabulous and fun 3D effects, including wall stickers of furniture, plants, even exterior scenes. But graduate students at the Chelsea College of Art and Design in London have unleashed a new purpose for such optical design. Their Anamorphic Typography makes a statement.
Yes, it's true that one can only read the statement from one point of view, but just getting to that point where what's written makes sense is what's fun... and so very interactive. It would be rare, I think, if such a statement were forgotten. Great idea for advertisers in an interior or exterior space.
