If you are a bad sleeper it can be difficult just going through the motions of the day. On the really bad days you wonder how you will ever make it through until bedtime. To top it all off, you may be compromising your health, as sleep has been shown to have an impact on our overall physical condition and wellbeing.
The Zeo Personal Sleep Coach is a product designed to help diagnose and overcome many common sleep issues. The system is broken down into three different stages. During the first one you wear a special headband to bed each night. The band records your sleep patterns for later analysis.
The second step involves a bedside display unit that shows you the quality of the sleep you just had, your levels of sleep and also compares it to previous sleep data you have stored. Another interesting (and optional) feature with the unit is that you can set an alarm to wake you up in the morning and it will choose the best time to wake you, based on your sleep patterns, within a half hour of your chosen wake-up time.
In step three you can transfer your sleep information to the memory card and upload it to your computer for more in depth and long-term analysis of your sleep patterns. In this way you can track how your sleep changes (or doesn’t) over time and spot clues about sleeping troubles.
