Convert Google Docs To PDFs In Seconds Without Costly Software

How often have you wanted to convert a document or spreadsheet into a PDF but didn't want to invest in the costly software to do so. Products on the market like Tucows may cost at low-end, $29.50, or run as high as Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro at $699 (which of course comes with a lot of other bells and whistles). But did you know that Google Docs offers a work-around that costs you absolutely nothing?

Here is the step by step process.

1- Use the UPLOAD button in the upper left-hand corner of Google Docs

2- Select files (you want to convert) to upload

3- Then click on your computer's PRINT button. In this example, I am using an iMac.

4- Then "Save As PDF" and your new file will have been created (note: in this example, the original doc and the newly created PDF)

It's as easy as that! So, if you've got a presentation, or need to develop a contract quickly where you don't want your content to be amended or modified, Google Docs is the way to go.

Hope you enjoyed the tip!
