Get Answers From Real Doctors On Telegram Messenger

iCliniq.com have just launched a Telegram bot so that you can ask their doctors anything from the comfort of your smartphone, messaging them any time, anywhere. Questions are answered within a matter of hours by their team of 800+ doctors across 71+ specialities.

For those of you who don't know, Telegram is a messaging app, similar to WhatsApp, but what makes it unique is that it has a strong emphasis on security, which makes it the ideal messaging platform for something as delicate as your medical queries.

iCliniq has been around since 2011, and it consists of certified medical doctors, physicians and therapists from US, UK, UAE, India, Singapore, Germany and more, however they are positioned to give medical advice, not dole out prescriptions.

They provide various channels of communication - posting on their site, booking a slot for a real time face-to-face consultation over HD video and phone and now Telegram.

I want to use this service, I really do, as they even have an interesting subscription model whereby you can get as much medical attention as you require for a fixed cost per month, which appeals to those hypochondriacs among us, however the oftentimes incorrect spelling and grammar that I encountered on their site, the oddly placed advertisements, and the health topics addressed on the main forum makes me doubt the quality of their advice.

Bringing their service to Telegram means they are addressing a different market segment, and it's my recommendation that they hire a content editor and get their site up to scratch! What do you think?

You can access their telegram bot, here, once you've downloaded Telegram for your smartphone, or on your desktop. Your first Telegram query is free, and then the service is just $19 a month.
