Homless Shelter Coat Serves Multiple Purposes
It's not the first of its kind; we've seen coats that double as homeless shelters before, but this is one that's functional and stylish, and even more importantly, warm!
Veronika Scott is a student that decided to create something that would help those individuals living on the streets get through the winter months without shelters. The coats are designed to double as warm sleeping bags that use Tyvek, wool and other synthetic materials for insulation. Of course, the outside of these coats are also waterproof so overall, they protect the homeless from the elements.
