Elizabeth Berrien has been working with wire for 40 years and that, combined with her experience as a 3D technical illustrator gives her innovative wire sculptures a unique feel.

There are grand scale, three dimensional sculptures aplenty, as you would expect and these are eautifully made and superbly detailed, but there are also more two dimensional works which could be categorised as artwork as opposed
to sculpture.
The other thing about this Californian's work which piques interest is her ability to diversify with the subjects without the loss of quality or
aesthetics. This means that her impressive animal work, the wire maps (well worth a browse there) and her more site-specific work is all
well-received.
This has not been lost on her extraordinary list of clients which include Nieman-Marcus, The Nature Company, Disney World,
Saatchi & Saatchi and The Los Angeles Zoo. You can see more of her work at wirelady.com
