Mobile Gym: The Solution To Active New Year's Resolutions

I know you're trying to make the most of the holiday season, and not think about what masochistic vows you'll make when 2015 arrives. But if you start thinking about them now and start planning ahead, all of those delicious fatty goodies you consume until them will taste even better. So think about the healthy changes you'll be making, and find ways to make them as convenient as possible. There's a cool new business that can start you off in the right direction.

Mobile Gym by Inform Fitness in Los Angeles eliminates many of the possible excuses you'll come up with when you're trying to skip going to the gym. As the name implies, it is a gym that travels - on wheels, in fact. It features a small setup inside a bus that has been converted to allow clients to feel like they're working out in any of the top gyms in the world.

Located primarily on Long Island, the food truck inspired workout space ensures that you don't need to worry about running to the gym on your lunch break, getting all bundled up after dinner to get to the gym in the cold evenings, or having access to transportation. When these excuses are out of the way, staying in the workout groove is far easier, because there's no more efficient solution than having the gym come to you.

Naturally, this convenience does come at a steep price, and that increases depending on the location it needs to travel to in the New York area. The only bad news about the way this mobile gym operates is that there is no multitasking when it comes to working out and commuting. Due to state laws, it's illegal to operate the workout machinery while the bus is moving.

Actually, the news does get just a little bit worse, as this interesting fitness concept won't be found driving the streets daily (like the food trucks that it models itself after).  There is one day a week dedicated to providing convenient workout opportunities. The space accommodates a maximum of two people, and the gym will travel into NYC by request. Standard workouts are offered, along with comprehensive training sessions.

If money wasn't an object, would you support the business that improves your physical fitness wherever you are? How about those of you that are notorious resolution breakers?
