NewBeauty.com Offers a Plastic Surgery Preview from Home

We have all seen the makeover shows on TV and plastic surgery before and afters of celebrities in magazines.  Many of us have imagined what our own images would look like with a little nip here and a tuck there.  That is not to say that we would actually do it if we had the chance, but it is kind of interesting to think about.  While there is certainly something to be said for embracing who you are and being happy with the way you look, many people have something about their appearance that they are not completely happy about.  Wouldn’t it be intriguing to get a glimpse of your altered image?
 
Well as it turns out, you can!  NewBeauty.com has launched a makeover tool that allows you to upload a picture of yourself and then tweak it to your heart’s content.  The tool has options for all of the major facial procedures including nose jobs, facial fillers, eyebrow lifts, lip injections, jaw contouring and more.  Once you picture is in place you choose the procedures you are curious about and dial them up as much or as little as you like.

If you are sold on the idea after seeing your altered image, the program even offers an option to enter your zip code to find a surgeon near you.  I for one, only tried out the program to play around and see how distorted I could make myself, but was actually surprised by how subtle the changes were.  This is of course not necessarily how you would look if you had the procedures, but it can give you a peek at the otherwise unknown.
