Nike Unveils Cold Weather Inspired Sneakers For The LA Fashion Lover

Those in warm climates miss out on all the good fashion trends, although winter designs are starting to enter the wardrobes of LA fashionistas. Nike has unveiled a line of cold weather inspired kicks that you might not want to make the exception to the rule if you're in a warm climate.

The Mataga Pack Sportswear line by Nike makes Uggs in Los Angeles look like a big fashion do; because these ones just might fall into the big "DON'T" category. The line of sneakers does offer an element of warmth, but certainly isn't suitable for climates that actually know what it means to have a winter with snow and cold. Horsehair and fur are used in the designs, but are more about style than actual winter function.

Perhaps I'm judging Nike to harshly on these designs - what do you think?
