If you’ve followed the Tink! blogs, you are loyal NKOTB fans, or “Blockheads” as you affectionately like to refer to yourselves. As a writer, what I’ve found amazing is the number of fans who have waited faithfully in hibernation until the NKOTB’s return in 2008. Some of you experienced NKOTB in your teen years and have not wavered in your support during their 14 year hiatus. Many of you are now adults, and others are mothers returning with their daughters (now the same age they were when they first were introduced to NKOTB). In advance of NKOTB's Summer Tour, here are 6 quick polls that will determine some of the demographics and preferences of the NKOTB fan base. Take the “Hangin' Tough’ (From Virginity To Menopause) Polls.
Check back often to see the results of these surveys. Polls will be kept open until June 30, 2009 so the greatest number of blockheads will have a chance to vote
(Note: if you are supportive of any of the NKOTB charities, stop by the Tink! Before You Tweet CafePress store to purchase Tink! shirts, bags, thongs and other merchandise. All profits are donated to the Betty Wood Breast Cancer & Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundations.)

Important that you vote in all 6 Polls so we get the best sampling! See if your demographics and preferences are in the majority or the minority. When you have finished, feel free to comment with anecdotes about your fan experiences with the band over the years. Also note the concert(s) you will be attending if your location is not listed in the poll.
Have a great summer 'hangin' tough blockheads!

New Kids on the Block
Submitted on June 1st, 2009 by AnonymousI think its really neat that you decided to have these polls on your site.. They were a lot of fun, and I'm so glad that they are giving the world their love for the second go around. I saw their show when I was a teenager, and also saw them this go around. I'm so glad that they decided to reunite. Its definitely made my life brighter, and gives me more of an outward focus. Its awesome that they love us as much as we love them!

Crazy Kinda Love
Submitted on June 1st, 2009 by AnonymousI love the feeling I get when I see them perform. I love the moments I am sharing with my daughters and grand daughter and then when we break out in song together. I LOVE feeling young again! My 16 yr old and 12 yr old went to a concert in Columbus with me and now we are going to the Full Service concert and they cant wait. They said a NKOTB concert is way better than the Jonas Brothers. Thanks to the guys for letting me re-live my old memories and making new ones. Thanks for coming back and doing what you do so well. Thanks for allowing me to be a 'Blockhead' and Im proud of it. Come Ron admit to the addiction. Angie @nangleys

NKOTB...WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Submitted on June 2nd, 2009 by AnonymousHave been an admirer, fan and supporter since 88. Love their music and who they are. Went to both of the Chicago shows and Chamapign show. The guys own the stage when they're on it. Sang LIVE amazingly! Danced like never before. Their performance is full of content and you can clearly tell the fans are really enjoying themselves to the fullest. It's amazing to see how connected NKOTB and the fans are. It seems like if nothing interfered the with connection during the years they were gone because fans show their support, creativity and love in so many ways. I would even say now that we are adults we are more daring! Love the new album and all the fun stuff going on in the NKOTB world.

Submitted on June 3rd, 2009 by Anonymous1st Gen fan and Donnie girl since 88. I have seen them live 4 x. Hanging Tough Tour, Magic Summer Tour, No More Games Tour and the Today Show this year. I can not wait for my first full concert in 15 years. They have stepped so far outside of the box as far as relating to their fans. The tweets, vlogs, now even their band is in on it. Its going to be a great summer. Full Service baby.

Cuyahoga Falls state incorrect
Submitted on June 3rd, 2009 by AnonymousJust an FYI. Cuyahoga Falls is in Ohio, not New York.
I am going to be heading to three concerts, but since I was only able to select one I just put in the first of the three. I will be doing Detroit (Clarkston), Chicago (Tinley Park), and Cincinnati. These are very interesting polls. It will be fun to see the results. :o)

First and Last
Submitted on June 14th, 2009 by AnonymousIt's rather humbling to say that NKOTB was the first concert I ever went to, and now, it's the last concert I have been to. Never in a million years did I think I would be able to say, that at 30 years old, I went to a NKOTB concert for myself, and then got some major FACE TIME at a waffle house at 2am with Donny, Jordan, and Danny. They gave me a night I will never forget.
nkotb forever
Submitted on June 16th, 2009 by AnonymousYou have to be a blockhead to understand the passions, the love, the interests, the emotions ... and i`m passing when it comes to NKOTB any blockhead as their stories,reasons....
I was 12 yrs old when it all started i`m now 33 i`m a mother of 4 and believe it or not they all love the nkotb some more then others but they know their songs, their names, their dance moves, the lyrics. They know & understand the importance that NKOTB has on their mother & why also .... Just to let u know if it wasn`t for NKOTB i wouldn`t have passed my parents separation like i did not long after my dad suicide too, i`won`t elaborate more on the subject but i`m sure u understand, NKOTB was always there for me when i needed the most! Then came the separation : Like joey said `` We all had to go on with our lives `` so we all did let me tell u it wasn`t easy for me anyways i took it hard ! When they announced their reunion and i went to a show i couldnt beleive that my 10 yrs old son was there with me seeing mommy happy, crying, so emotional he asked me`` MOM why are u so happy and crying at the same time``? i answered ; i can`t beleive that they are really here with us again & that u are here with me too to share this experience with me he answered ``u really love them mom huh`` ? my answer was always did always will Zack ! it`s such a relief a blessing to be part of this 5 brothers and a million sisters family ! u have to be in it to understand !!
Love always
