The rules are very simple: Make something cool that has a focus on light or illumination, and create a step-by-step guide on how other inventors can build their own version of your item. Publish your written, pictorial or video guide to Instructables.com and make certain that you’ve check the “Make It Glow Contest” box to enter your rad radiant project into the competition.
