What yo do is sign up for a dinner package and when you do so, you provide a mobile phone number to begin the whole surprise process. You don't get to just walk in and sit down at a table with this dining experience; you have no idea where you'll be having dinner. Right before your set meal time, you'll receive a text message and it will tell you where to go to have your appetizers. Once you've enjoyed a small bite and some cocktails, a second text comes through to tell you where in the city you'll find your dinner table.
