5. Internal Organs by World Wildlife Fund
This is an innovative way for an ad to champion two causes at once: "Save the Rain-forest" and "Smoking Leads to Cancer."
It's
also a great cross-reference to how rain-forests are the major
producers of the chemicals used to treat (and to hopefully cure)
cancer-and they're being wiped out at a horrific rate on a daily basis.

Um...?
I'm okay with a burger as the heart. I figure that's where a burger generally goes anyway.
The eggplant and what appears to be an avocado just seem out of place. Perhaps I'm missing some sort of nutritional context.
But roasted chickens for kidneys? What?
I don't get it.

Don't look in the can.
Really. Trust me. DON'T look in the can.
The
idea of human organs and other body parts being dumped into a trashcan
is just repulsive to me. This campaign is the antithesis of the Red
Cross ad above (Number 1). Whereas the previous example was almost
spiritual converting in it's approach, this stuff has the subtlety of a
Saw movie.
Having
said that, I also have to praise this approach. What a great ad
campaign! Particularly the image with the little girl. Chilling,
thought-provoking, and effective.
