Charlie Haughey, who served during the Vietnam War, shot almost 2000 pictures during his tour of duty. Upon his return to the States his negatives were put into storage and forgotten. Now, almost 45 years later, many of those images are being published for the very first time. And so begins the Chieu Hoi Project.
