Have you noticed that Halloween really brings out the creativity in people? I have. In search for earth-friendly Halloween innovations I came across one costume contest after another after another and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with the cute and/or gory things people can create out of recycled material.
Below are 3 of the best Homemade Halloween Costume Contests I found online. The submissions are easy, the prizes are nice and there is still plenty of time to enter your innovative Halloween costume creation. Take a look:
I was really impressed by the creativity at this website. The 2008 contest winner Freezer Head had to take some thinking. Isn't it amazing what can be made out of a box? The deadline to submit your entry for the 2009 Costume Contest is "The Stroke of Midnight, November 15, 2009." The grand prize is a $500 online shopping spree. There are already so many wonderful entries submitted for this years contest. I think the Garbage Pail Kids Costumes as well as the Homemade Roast Turkey Baby Costume are genius.
