The World's Largest Sleepover - Inventive Marketing
This coming June, thousands of girls between the ages of 8 and 14 will be coming together for the largest sleepover in Canadian history.
Dove wants to boost the self-esteem of young girls across by having them log into the Dove website and register to take part in this cross country sleepover.
Girls have the option of linking with an existing sleepover or hosting their own. The Dove site offers activity suggestions for a fun filled sleepover, a sleepover guide, facts, trivia, printable invitations and just cool stuff to do while the girls are hanging out.
Dove is also giving away pj pants to the girls who participate in the sleepover with two purchases of Dove products bought before the sleepover.
Not only is this a great way to sell Dove products, but an even better way to connect with the 8 to 14 year old girls in your life in a positive way that they will actually think is a cool idea.
