When you consider that 80 percent of chronic disease, including diabetes, asthma, allergies, headaches, arthritis, heart, lung, and digestive problems are linked to the spine, you or someone you know is likely to benefit from a machine that provides balance and increased circulation to the spine in ways that can't otherwise be obtained - whether it's for prevention of disease or alleviation of current symptoms of disease.
According to a 2005 survey of more than 1,000 moms, lots of blunders happen in the bathroom. For example, 85 percent have fallen into the toilet when the seat is left up. If you have kids and you want to teach them hands-on about the power of the sun, Solar Dough is a good way to start. Watch them pull it apart and mash it back together as they "ooh" and "awe" over the different colors that it turns to in the sun. That's what my little ones did. When it comes to a challenge, unless it's illegal or immoral, I'm pretty much willing to accept it.
So, a little over a month ago, after reading my article, featuring the JumpSnap, the jump rope without a rope, Brad LaTour of JumpSnap challenged me to actually give the JumpSnap a try. I was happy to do so and rose to the challenge. After all, what's the worst that could happen? I'd exercise more?
One trial month later, I have to say, it isn't all that bad! But it isn't all that good either. What I mean to say is that I wasn't 100% satisfied. Still, I did see potential in the JumpSnap and believe with a few minor changes I could find myself appreciating this exercise tool and using it on a frequent basis. read more »
Do you hate your alarm clock? The snooze button is one of my favorite things. Whoever invented the snooze button must surely be the most popular guy in the Land of The Living Lazies! I mean imagine the alarm clock ringing at an unearthly hour in the morning and all you have to do is press the snooze button. Uninterrupted sleep for another 5-10 minutes! Ahh... a few minutes more of precious sleep.
