negative energy

There is no negative energy with the panels. While riding, they are folded up against the side of the bike. The rider is in the air path, shielding the panels. Speed is slow, moped class, so no real wind resistance anyway. The panels fold out while parked, charging the batteries. This charge is used to propel the bike while traveling so no gas is ever used by this machine. Other than 15 dollars for three years of registration and 75 dollars a year for insurance, there is no cost to operate. Last year was 1,100 gas free miles in 104 trips to work.
