While I felt Ladybee was pretty respectful of Mr. Miller and his company, I think the first reply did more to harm the company's reputation than the initial article. Threatening a lawsuit for defamation and writing antagonistic responses usually makes me more likely to respect a company. OH WAIT, no it doesn't.
