That's a good way to motivate people to use hybrid cars more. There would be a little bit inconvenience for it every time your battery runs low but since you will be paid for parking it and charging it, that wouldn't be bad at all. But they better make sure there wouldn't be problem with some Toyota OEM
parts. Quite a good job there Toyota.
