I feel sorry for the people who look down on meditation as a spiritualist / new agey kind of thing. In my opinion, it’s something that all people should learn from an early age, maybe even since grade school! I have suffered with anxiety disorder for several years, and no medication seemed effective in keeping my mind balanced… until I came across this website on anxiety management that encouraged me to change my diet, get more exercise and practice yoga and regular meditation. It’s amazing how such simple things can make an important contribution to your happiness and well-being!
