For anyone who has ever made video calls over the Internet, with a company such as Skype, you've no doubt gotten frustrated with the choppy 15 fps (frames per second) video that looks a lot like somebody doing the robot with a strobe light Background. Skype has found a solution to this problem with their latest version, Skype 3.6, which offers High Quality (HQ) video with 640 x 480 VGA-quality video at 30 fps. The Nintendo DS Lite has always been a successful portable gaming device, but it has never been able to do some of the things that the PSP can do. The new Pentax Optio S10 is a "no-frills" digital camera with 10 megapixels of resolution, 3x optical zoom, small design, and inexpensive price tag. The S10 may not have many of the features that more expensive digital shooters have, but it does have a lot of the features that consumer's want in a compact point-and-shoot digital camera.
The Samsung YP-U3 digital MP3 player doesn’t have a nice large touch-screen like the iPod Touch or many of the other “fancy” features in the more expensive MP3 players on the market. So, the recent introduction of the RIM Blackberry Curve 8310 has gotten people excited about this updated version of the original Curve. Digg is an online technology community who counts on the user's of the community to vote on their favorite technology news stories rather than editors. Digg has been online since 2000, and they are currently one of the top websites in the World. According to the Alexa traffic rankings, Digg is currently ranked as the 117th most trafficked website in the World (24th in the U.S. alone). Lately though, some of Digg's top contributors are becoming fed-up with Digg's community policies saying that they are unfair, and even saying that the Digg community is driven by possible conspiracies that involve burying certain stories or topics within the site. read more »
