Until now, a condition known as 'lazy eye,' or amblyopia, was considered virtually un-reparable after the age of 10.  But Dr. Somen Ghosh has used an ingenious and no doubt, immensely fun, treatment for lazy eye - video games - and it has shown promise in his test groups.

If there's ever a game that sticks in your mind, it's the almost classic video game Tetris®. So, our friends at Suck UK, never too shy to honor a true classic, have commemorated the 10 year old game with a new design by Ben Ambrose: Block Notes. What cooler way to remind you of your 'to do's?'

Angry Birds is probably one of the most successful gaming franchises to date. Since its release, its developer Rovio has gone from small-time developer to being a company that is now worth millions of dollars. The latest game in the franchise is Angry Birds Rio, which collaborated and was released to highlight the release of the animated film Rio.

Like it or not, motion control's been kind of a big deal in gaming lately. We've got the Nintendo Wii, Sony Move, and the Microsoft Kinect. I suppose there's just something about being able to game with a gesture that enchants us. Two days ago, Razer announced that motion control is finally coming to the PC, via the Razer Hydra. If that's not enough to grab you, it's going to come bundled with Portal 2.
