Watching the first episode of the second season of American Inventor this week made me wonder what ever happened to season one's winner of American Inventor? I bet a lot of people are asking the same question.
The grand finale of Season One of the American Inventor show aired on May 19, 2006 and Janusz Liberkowski won the title American Inventor. Janusz is the inventor of the Anecia Survival Capsule (a safer car-seat). read more »

The International Exhibition of Inventions for 2007, held in Geneva from April 18 -22nd. It featured over 1000 inventions from around the world and almost 70,000 visitors from 5 continents. Unfortunately, the InventorSpot.com team could not be there to cover the event. Fortunately, we did make arrangements for our Guest Blogger Peter to write about the event for us.

Sorry for the last minute notice on this but we got this up as fast as we can.
For those who were planning to audition in Orlando for the American Inventor Show for 2007 in Orlando, Florida, it has been cancelled at the very last minute.
In it's place, it seems that the producers of American Inventor are now planning to hold auditions in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on April 21, 2007 but have not announced a location or address yet.

Before you read this, I'd like for you to look around your house and take a look at all the items and products in your home that are made of plastic or contained in plastic. Start with your trashcans, your computer, your printer, the keyboard buttons, the phone, the clothes you are wearing, your pens, the fan, the remote control... How about your under-the-sink plumbing? In your kitchen, I bet there is a bunch of plastic stored away-Tupperware, dishes, cleaning products, parts of your appliances, condiments... In your bathroom: shampoo and conditioner bottles are probably made of plastic.
