Well, it's here. Season Two of the American Inventor reality television show is starting tomorrow night, Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at 9 pm Eastern (and 8 pm Central time) on ABC. And just like last year, we're going to provide the best, most in depth coverage, provide a forum for commentary, and host live blogs about the show.

The Advertising Council joined with USPTO and the National Inventors Hall of Fame Foundation (NIHFF) launched a national, multimedia Public Service Advertising (PSA) campaign to engage a new generation of children in innovation. read more »

Sorry for the last minute notice on this but we got this up as fast as we can.

For those who were planning to audition in Orlando for the American Inventor Show for 2007 in Orlando, Florida, it has been cancelled at the very last minute.

In it's place, it seems that the producers of American Inventor are now planning to hold auditions in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on April 21, 2007 but have not announced a location or address yet.

Before you read this, I'd like for you to look around your house and take a look at all the items and products in your home that are made of plastic or contained in plastic. Start with your trashcans, your computer, your printer, the keyboard buttons, the phone, the clothes you are wearing, your pens, the fan, the remote control... How about your under-the-sink plumbing? In your kitchen, I bet there is a bunch of plastic stored away-Tupperware, dishes, cleaning products, parts of your appliances, condiments... In your bathroom: shampoo and conditioner bottles are probably made of plastic. Look in your medicine cabinets too and you'll find plastic medicine bottles and deodorants and mouth washes in plastic containers... read more »

According to the Associated Press , George Foreman will be a Judge on `American Inventor'. The "boxing great, ordained minister and grilling guru George Foreman just added another job to his resume: reality-TV judge. "

Foreman will be joined by former NBA executive Pat Croce, British businessman Peter Jones and undergarments entrepreneur Sara Blakely, creator of Spanx. The show's new host is Nick Smith. read more »

According to the Philadephia Inquirer, Pat Croce is going prime-time as a Judge on American Inventor.

The newspaper states "The Villanova entrepreneur has been signed as one of four judges for the next season of ABC's American Inventor, according to a rep of FremantleMedia North America, which also produces American Idol." read more »
