Light Up The Night With A Faucet Light : Product Review

According to a 2005 survey of more than 1,000 moms, lots of blunders happen in the bathroom. For example, 85 percent have fallen into the toilet when the seat is left up. One quarter surveyed have resorted to using toilet paper for a wet child emerging from the bath when no towel was in sight. Better yet, 33 percent of moms have sleepily brushed their teeth with something other than toothpaste. We need something soothing, yet elegant to divert us from our bathroom bloopers.

Luckily I came across the Faucet Light , an adapter that turns your bathroom (or kitchen) faucet water into a shimmering blue light source. Just attach it to the end of your faucet (universal adapters included), and when the water flows through the magic chamber, it turns on the LED array and illuminates the stream with peacefully powerful azure hues. An internal pressure switch activates the light whenever the water is turned on and the light shuts off when water stops.

The Faucet Light works great. Even with the overhead light on, the water lights up with a beautiful glow in the sink area and on your hands for a very warm, soothing effect. I swear the water feel softer cascading over my hands as I lather up.

The adaptor is about 2 inches long, which may pose problems in certain sizes and shapes of sinks.

The night light effect makes kids' bathrooms friendlier in the dark and more appealing to brush teeth and wash hands.

You could also use the Faucet Light as an additional light source for doing sexy dishes, but even better for adding excitement to your wet bar during cocktail parties!

Whatever its use, the Faucet Light is a clever gadget and a useful device. Hopefully, it will illuminate the bathroom just enough for those fuzzy with sleep, so parents can reach for the tube of toothpaste, not the diaper cream.
