No, unfortunately RQS3 does not exist. This invention is a Fake.
However, rheopectic fluids and quasi-solids really do exist, and exhibit very interesting properties. If by any chance you are interested, look into them as they really are quite fascinating.
As to the gloves, they are a mockup done in Photoshop by me.
