Customize your Ipod-New Ipod Wizard

So we all know about the Ipod and how cool it is already.

I’m not going to beat you over the head with something the whole world knows. However, I bet you didn’t know you could give your Ipod a facelift. There is a new program out there free of charge called the Ipod Wizard that let’s you personalize it like a “on the go” play list.

Customizations-Fonts

How about changing the boring default fonts to one of your own system fonts from you computer? Not only can you change what type of font your Ipod uses but you can also change the font size.

Customizations-Graphics

The graphics in your Ipodcan be changed to your own by replacing them with bitmap images. Images such as the battery icon, Apple logo, stars, song rating graphic etc.

Customizations-Tweaks

Volume limits in Ipods can be removed for the brave soul that doesn’t value their hearing. Disabling cache, display the cpu usage in the top title bar and turning your Ipod off instead of it sleeping are just a few tweaks. I wouldn’t suggest this little program to everyone but it sounds fun. Aside from using my Ipod as a flashlight, I pretty much stick to the factory defaults. Check to make sure your Ipod is compatible with the software and drop us lines if you try it out!
