The Mustang Church of America and Museum, what more is there to say? It's an entire religion based around Ford's original Muscle Car with a museum attached to it.
Charles Ales of Frogtown, PA has been a Mustang fan since he started driving. Both him and his son, Robert Brunch are ordained ministers and will be presiding over the Sunday services under a non-denominational category. Ales has an extensive collection of Mustangs, including 4 new Shelbys and all three of the older Boss Mustangs, the 429, 351 and 301.

"There's not another one like it in the world," said Ales. "I've been around car nuts all my adult life. You can mess with their wives, you can mess with their dogs, but you can't mess with their cars. It borders on a religion with them, so I built them a church." (Makes sense to me.) Mr. Ales also has a very unique mural planned for behind his pulpit. "It shows Jesus at the wheel of a 1966 Mustang. It's being done on a metal plate at Patterson's Artworks."
When asked what all would be offered, Ales said, "The Mustang museum will be open daily, and we'll have car shows, swaps and two Mustang blessings a year. Services will be on Sunday, and the church will be non-denominational. I'll preach goodness and helping my fellow humankind. I'll preach what we're supposed to do - make this a better world than we found it."
I can't wait to go home and check this place out.
