Speeding is unsafe and in almost all cases it is wrong. Having said that, if the risk you are posing to yourself and others doesn't deter you and nor does the punishment, perhaps seeing these in your rearview mirror will at least make you think twice before you try again. Because you won't get away from these police supercars.

Police SuperCar:  Brabus CLS Rocket

Currently patroling the roads in Germany, the CLS Rocket is exactly what it's name says. Powered by a twin turbo V12 making 730hp, it is currently the fastest production sedan in the world with a top speed of 225.19mph.

Police SuperCar:  Lotus Exige

For the more eco-friendly police force in the United Kingdom, but will still ruin your day in a heartbeat. It accelerates as fast or faster than most V8's but still uses roughly 1 gallon of gas for every 48 miles.

Police SuperCar:Porsche 911 Carrera

The commissioned Porsche 911 Carrera has undergone extensive modified for its role as a police car. Under the hood is a 5.0 liter V10 pushing 500hp, capable of reaching over 186 mph and sprinting to 60 mph in just 4.5 seconds. Currently in use in Bulgaria, Germany and Austria.

Police SuperCar: Smarti

Not exactly a supercar, but will still come in handy on the tight corners in Rome. The fuel mileage isn't bad either.

Police SuperCar: Dodge Magnum

Once again, hardly a supercar, but with the external and internal modifications, it could most definitely hold it's own on the highway. The Michigan State Police now has a whole fleet of these waiting to run.

Police SuperCar: Jaguar S-Type

There's nothing like getting chased down and arrested with class. The S-Type was made to be a luxury/sport car and one can assume for the law enforcement role the luxury was kept to a minimum. 300 horsepower will propel the car to 60mph in 5.3 seconds.

Mustang GT

Another specimen that is not quite in the supercar realm, but still has the potential to ruin your great escape. 300 horsepower come from a 4.6L V8 and the potential to augment that are more than numerous.

Police SuperCar: Holden VE Commodore SS

Australia's new crime busting toy. A 6.0 liter V8 producing 370hp and 425ft/lbs of torque is nothing to be played with...much. The cars are also outfitted with the most advanced radio equipment and more efficient RADAR.
