Contests!
Submitted on June 4th, 2007 by Randy (not verified)Hello,
Beside the iRobot challenge, Instructables is also currently hosting three other contests for those budding inventors out there. The first is The Laser Cutter Contest, in which, as the name implies, you can win a laser cutter. The next upcoming contest is the Etsy Sew Useful Contest in which we are partnering with Etsy.com to give away a couple Singer sewing machines. Lastly, we're having another one-week lightning contest in which an Instructables t-shirt goes to the best refrigerator magnet. So, in short, there are some pretty great things for grabs other than $5,000 and an iRobot Create (which are a lot of fun to play with).
Sincerely,
Randy
(on behalf of the Instructables team)
