The Mocubo is a bamboo cutting board with one very handy modification. The board has three slide out food prep containers underneath. So you can chop each ingredient separately and then slide it into an open container and tuck it back in under the board. Then you have the whole board free to move on to your next ingredient. There’s no more knocking stuff off the board while you’re cutting and no more mixing ingredients together before you’re ready.
