If you’re between 18 and 33, and you know exactly how to reimagine the concept of a library for “Millennials,” share your designs for a chance to win up to $1,500!
The crew at Fenn Designers feel strongly that libraries are boring, quit rooms full of dusty books, and that the entire concept of what a library is and should be needs to become a more technologically interactive, sharable, multitasking and sociable experience to appeal to the modern youth.
Anyone who meets the age requirement is able to submit their contributions to this contemporary library for “Generation Y” in the areas of building design, space design, furniture design, lighting design and graphics design. Three top winners will receive $1,500, $1,000 and $600, respectively, with ten honorable mentions for their design work.

If you’d like to lend your creative designs to this innovative den of accessible knowledge, you’d better hurry and submit them to The Fenn Young Designers Award website by September 6th, 2013.
