The Bentley Continental GT is one of the fastest luxury vehicles on the market. However, when it comes to EcoPoints, it is slightly lacking. To solve this issue, Bentley has decided to design a new vehicle that will run on Biofuel and should offer environmentally friendly people some extra piece of mind. Oh yeah, it is also rumored to be faster than the Continental GT, making it the fastest Bentley to ever enter production.
Sadly, details about this new green supercar are still scarce. What it known, is that it will be loosely based on the already successful Continental foundation and will beat the GT in both power and speed. Considering the GT is capable of 600 horsepower and 553lb/ft of torque, this new vehicle should be whatever comes after impressive on the wow scale.
Many people are betting the powerplant Bentley is planning on using for the vehicle will be the Twin-Turbo 6.0 liter W12, with a few adaptations of course. Assuming the fuel of choice is ethanol, power figures could easily reach 700 at the wheels, which will have no problem surpassing the 202mph mark of the Continental GT.
