Get Workout Tips from StrongestMan.org

Summer is just around the corner! Are you ready to show off that beach body yet? If you’re still getting around to developing that perfect six pack of abs, you may want to consider StrongestMan.org for a little information. The site has a graphical interface that lets users select workouts by muscle area, and pulls routines from sources likw WikiHow and Del.icio.us to give you what you’re looking for.

The site is very straight forward and gives users the option of selecting either front or back muscle regions. When one is clicked, a list of available routines pops up in the window to the right. As of the time of writing this article, it seems like the most information is available on the back and shoulder areas.

The idea behind StrongestMan is pretty smart. With enough useful information, it would easily be the one-stop workout routine source it intends to be. Unfortunately, the service is still a little new to have such a database. Hopefully in the future the site’s owners will consider using other sources to draw from besides Del.icio.us. Right now some muscle regions have only one routine to choose from, and some regions have duplicate entries.

Still, the information that is available on StrongestMan even right now is still very valuable. I had no problems finding a new ab routine that seemed to fit me and also educate me about what excercises will benefit that area the most. Given a little time, and a little more refinement on the muscle region selections, StrongestMan might turn out to be a hit. Go take a look, and try to get in shape along with us!
