TERA is designed to guide users through different disciples of exercise, including Yoga, Pilates and Thai Bo with its LED lighting system and app. It also tracks the movements of its users through sensors. Through the LED patterns and tracking and analysis of movements, you can not only learn these disciples, but learn how to improve your practice and eventually master them.
